1.general

- Prices can be increased due to complexity, which will be discussed during confirmation of your comms!
- I have the right to turn down any commission.
- Feel free to send references for characters, poses, but lmk in case you're going to be very picky about the
- For NSFW Comms, there'll be an age verification, such as in discord servers, for legal purposes.

2.payment

- Please pay the full amount after the sketch is approved.
-Refunds are not permitted once the commission is approved and paid.
- Payment via PayPal (USD).
-If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting [e.g. change pose], I may charge a 25% extra.

3.usage

-no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.
-you can resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
-you can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the art you have purchased, so long as they are for personal use.
-under NO circumstances should my arts be used in any form of cryptocurrency trading or NFT minting.

- Extra characters will cost 75% of the price
- For a Chibi Piece, is less $5 to the normal pieces, except icon.
- No complicated backgrounds, only solid colors for these.
- Scene Comms can be discussed privately.
- Adding objects, such as a chair or pets, will be + $10!
- A full reference comes with 2 fullbodies + 1 halfbody + 2 accessories.
-For NSFW Comms there'll be a +50% add-on to the piece price.
- Turnaround time can vary at 2 weeks at most! feel free to always ask.
